With micro deep drawing, you create a seamlessly formed product that is opened on one side. Do you have a small part you want a hole, opening or lock in, or a specific color? This and more can be done with proper finishing.

There are many different finishing options. That’s because every product, demand and customer is different. Therefore, during the development phase, we look very carefully at the final product you need.

We do the finishing with different techniques such as cutting, laser cutting or wire sparking. This allows us to ensure that a product is given the right finish to match the requested specifications. With the right technique, right-angled walls with tolerances of only a few hundredths can be achieved. Useful when, for example, you have to weld this wall afterwards.

All these processes are characterized by high accuracy and consistency.

Small parts in the right finish

There are lots of materials you can deep draw. Each with specific properties and specifications. Sometimes it is also necessary to rework the surface of the material. We also include that in the process. Here you can think of:

  • Roughening to improve adhesion of adhesive;
  • Coating to repel dirt;
  • Gold plating to improve conductivity and resistance.

1: Conceptontwikkeling

Met micro dieptrekken is waarschijnlijk meer mogelijk dan je denkt. Aan de hand van onze technieken kijken we hoe we het onderdeel nog steviger en sterker kunnen maken. 

2: Toolshop & prototyping

Om snel gereedschappen te fabriceren, hebben we bij Mubion een in huis toolshop. Dankzij onze eigen toolshop kunnen we snel aanpassingen of nieuwe gereedschappen maken.

3: Micro dieptrekken

Krijg je met technieken als frezen, draaien of buigen niet het juiste onderdeel voor jouw project of product in grotere aantallen? Met micro dieptrekken kan je vormvrij ontwerpen, heb je een betrouwbaar proces en een licht en stevig eindproduct. 

4: Nabewerkingen

Veel producten hebben extra eisen aan gaatjes, randafwerkingen of oppervlakte structuren, waardoor het soms nodig is specifieke nabewerkingen uit te voeren.

5: Kwaliteit

Een product dat batch over batch dezelfde maatvoering heeft, tot op de honderdste millimeter nauwkeurig. Dit kunnen we realiseren door eigen ontwikkelde machines en hoge standaarden.
