Develop your product with a lot of design freedom

In the development and R&D phase, we look at how we can manufacture your product from the received drawing of the first concept. In fact, a lot is possible when it comes to product optimization and adding features in the product. By adding a specific shape, making openings or adjusting material thicknesses, we can tailor the product as much as possible to the desired function, with an affordable design.

Because with many serial production techniques such as turning, you are limited in shape, you may not be aware of the many possibilities that micro deep-drawing offers when it comes to shape freedom. Are there sharp corners in your drawing? If so, we suggest adjusting them. With micro deep drawing, in basic, corners and transitions are always rounded. 2: Toolshop & prototyping

Om snel gereedschappen te fabriceren, hebben we bij Mubion een in huis toolshop. Dankzij onze eigen toolshop kunnen we snel aanpassingen of nieuwe gereedschappen maken.

3: Micro dieptrekken

Krijg je met technieken als frezen, draaien of buigen niet het juiste onderdeel voor jouw project of product in grotere aantallen? Met micro dieptrekken kan je vormvrij ontwerpen, heb je een betrouwbaar proces en een licht en stevig eindproduct. 

4: Nabewerkingen

Veel producten hebben extra eisen aan gaatjes, randafwerkingen of oppervlakte structuren, waardoor het soms nodig is specifieke nabewerkingen uit te voeren.

5: Kwaliteit

Een product dat batch over batch dezelfde maatvoering heeft, tot op de honderdste millimeter nauwkeurig. Dit kunnen we realiseren door eigen ontwikkelde machines en hoge standaarden.
